    Description

    Large US plate block stock on 18 stock pages in a nice Scott Specialty binder (binder not pictured).  All pages are shown in the scan.  Mixed condition, from no gum (I think just two plates have no gum) to hinged to never hinged.  Most plates will be NH.  I do not recall any thins or serious flaws.  Face value, just as a minimum reference point, is over 0.  But of course, this stock is worth far more than that.  Given the mixed condition, not returnable.  Domestic shipping only on this, please!
