Inter-Allied Military Control Commission Pass In German Cassel

Description

A very rare pass from the German Govt issued to a British soldier in the occupation after ww1. The pass was issued by the city of Cassel to Pvt Orbank to gain him entry to German Military sites in the town.  Pvt Orbank worked for the Inter-Allied Military Control Commission. The commission was formed by the Armistace treaty to sieze/destroy certain equipment and sites given up by Germany to end the war.
