    Description

    Rare find! An antique David White Co. survey transit in an excellent fitting C.F. Pease wood box with working latches. Superb addition to your collection!
    Telescope measures approximately 10" long. Box measures approximately 11 1/2" x 5 1/2" x 7" tall. Transit fits nicely.
    Level works well. Optics are surprisingly clear. Green cast iron and brass all are in great condition. Screws all work properly. Wood Pease box fits this very well. Scuffs are consistent with age and use.
    Brass has patina and some scuffs and wear consistent with age, use, and storage.
