USPS has been supremely unreliable the past month and they have announced 1st class mail will take up to 2 weeks for delivery now. For this reason, I am no longer able to offer a Live arrival guarantee for 1st class mail. I've covered so many losses over the past months and have to set this policy in place in order to continue operating. If you pay for 1st class mail, I will assume you read this shipping notice and you understand USPS can deliver your plants late which will risk your plants arriving dead. You understand no refund/replacement is offered and you won't leave a negative review because of this.
Live Arrival Guarantee is offered with USPS Priority mail. It's a few bucks extra but plants will have a higher change of arriving in good condition. If you receive plants DOA, please take clear pictures of the plants in their unopened packaging and message me within 3 hours of the FIRST delivery attempt. Guarantee is void if the 1st delivery attempt is unsuccessful.
Please also note, any DOA due to cold (below 30F) and hot (above 80F) weather is not covered.

CARE
Upon receiving your plants, do not immediately add them to your aquarium. It's always best practice to sterilize all new plants. This video goes over several options - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JLqVaa-kduE
IMPORTANT: Guppy grass & java moss are sensitive plants and will not survive most sterilizing methods. The safest option is Potassium Permanganate (sold in hardware stores, ebay & amazon)
Plants can suffer during shipping and go through a "melting" phase where roots fall off or leaves turn color. Don't worry, this is normal. Remember that plants have spent up to a week inside a box with no water sunlight or proper air. After sterilizing, put them in an area of your tank that has little to no flow (so tops of leaves are not constantly wet) and provide bright aquarium light. After an adjustment period, they will grow and multiply!
Everyone's tank condition is different and depending on whether you care for plants properly, they may or may not thrive. I do not guarantee how these plants will grow in your tank. TANK RAISED
All my plants are Indoor. These adapt much better to your aquarium compared to plants grown outdoors by most sellers. The pictures shown are a reference of how the plants look like in my tank, it's not the exact plant you will be receiving.
SNAILS
My tanks have ramshorn snails and bladder snails so you may find tiny snails in your package. They are a great biological control agent for algae but if you don't want them, they can be easily hand-picked out or use a large pellet food to attract them, then net or siphon them out of your tank.
TRANSIT
Plants can suffer during transit. They may go through a "melting" phase where they get a lighter or darker color or even to smell funny and look mushy - this is normal behavior! Remember that plants have spent 2-6 days inside a box with little water, no sunlight or proper oxygen. Just put them in your tank, provide bright light and some fertilizer. After an adjustment period, they will bounce back, grow and multiply!

SHIPPING
- Please consider upgrading to Priority or Express for faster delivery
- DOA due to cold/hot weather is not covered. Temperature is very important for live delivery of plants. Please check the 7 day weather forecast in your location before placing your order. Please do not order if temperatures in the coming days are low (below 30F) or too high (above 80F).
- Plants are well-packaged inside a ziploc bag with light water, placed inside a shipping box then covered with a poly mailer. During winter, denim insulation will be used to shield plants. During Summer, reflective bubble insulation.
- I ship orders on SATURDAYS & MONDAYS only. This reduces the chance of your plants getting stuck at USPS' sorting facility over the weekend.
- Each purchase is provided with a tracking #, please follow the route of your package and pick up your plants promptly after the delivery. DOA left in the mailbox outside in high/low temperature are not covered, this will kill any live plant.
